Si tu es la maîtresse,

d’un mâle obéissant,

qui t’es toujours fidèle,

et qui branle la queue,

,

chaque fois qu’il te voit,

et qui aime te lécher,

ou encore te mordiller,

et qui en est heureux,

,

quand toi tu le caresses,

mais qui bien des fois,

à tes pieds se couchant,

ou qui fait aussi la belle,

,

tu as alors un bon chien,

que tu gâtes trop bien,

et qui va toujours t’obéir,

car sinon tu vas le punir,

If you are the mistress –
of an obedient male –
always faithful to you –
and who shakes the tail –
.
every time he sees you –
and who likes to lick you –
or still be nibbling you –
and give you happiness –
.
when you caress him –
who many times as well –
at your feet going down –
who is also obedient too –
.
then you have a good hound –
that you are spoiling too well –
and who will always obey you –
otherwise you will punish him –
