Three warriors #prose
Three great warriors come to supper
great dishes were brought to them
when they were so well eaten
the best wines were served to them
once they were well drunk
the quarrels had to be declared
their teeth and weapons were shown
the battle could then only burst
all three were seriously injured
but only the weakest was killed
because the scales he would have leaned
for one of the hated opponents
but in doubt then they eliminated him
the one who could have decided them
and so still be able to conserve
all their dignity as great warriors
they still had to be able to fight each other
as enemies so hated for eternity
