We are the Desdemons
slaves left abandoned
but by your generosity
our certain death was prevented
.
you fed us and housed us
we then your sworn enemies
you gave us back our freedom
without anything then ask us
.
so our total fidelity
we all gave it to you
by our solemn oath
taken by our own free will
..
so our eternal gratitude
it is a wish of generosity
and who dictates to us to share
our faith, your knowledge and your kindness
.
