Desdemona imperatoria vulpus #poem

The Empire we were attacking
in a fleet of space heavy carrier
on its planets we will be deposing
ours monsters specially created
.
and which will multiply quickly
so that you can devour everything
and then nothing can stop it
but then their Desdemona arrived
.
her pitiful small ships on us fired
our armored hulls have blocked it
we hear her torpedoes exploding
but no damage they had caused
.
we would finally be winning
but the red alert has sounded
our monsters then hibernating
they all woke up  rapidly
.
our crews they devoured
worse they ate everything
our engines they gnawed
these quickly exploded
.
so we all died devoured
or by explosions charred
the Imperial Slut is winning
so I beg hell to swallow her
.
