Get rid of the hated #poem

I have hated this officer deeply –
even though he was gifted –
and above all very disciplined –
between us it never worked –
.
it was a conflict of personality –
as we had argued on everything –
one day for a service he asked –
for a promotion support him –
.
and therefore recommend him –
I knew that day will be coming –
because I really wanted it –
so his future I could decide it –
.
and finally I could get rid of him –
so I had highly recommended him –
so to him his promotion was granted –
on his own new ship he was transferred –
