when I am exhausted or seriously injured –
in the reactivated Well of Lazarre I am resting –
from the mighty Ra’s al Ghul I confiscated it –
when in Arkham i had him locked up in it –

because of his heir grandson I am the father –
when he wanted to possess his body –
a great sacrifice I made to protect him –
the Justice League I had to leave forever –
.
but when Ra’s al Ghul was finally dying –
of the League of Assassins I had inherited –
I had to bend them to my will slowly –
so by me to fight crime they were forced –
.
one day my son Damian will replace me –
while waiting for that I will train him –
with his mother Talia i will get retired –
i don’t wanna be Batman for eternity –
