The old man and the light poem

a light bulb I changed on the ceiling
the easiest part was the changing
the fixture over the light I had to remove it
a tiny screw I had to loosen
.
then the metal part i had risen
the glass globe then I may removed
the bulb I had quickly changed
before putting it back the globe I washed
.
i put it without dropping it
so in balance it was placed
the metal part I replaced
the tiny screw I had tighten
.
so it was all over then
a few times i almost fell there
but I catch the back of the chair
because i have a disability
.
seven of my toes were severed
I am very unbalanced
and I can fall very quickly
if on a chair i climbed
