J’ai l’honneur de vous annoncer

que notre ami Caillou bien aimé

de son cancer il a bien triomphé

et sa terrible leucémie est partie

 

or donc de cette terrible maladie

car il semble alors qu’il soit guérit

ses cheveux vont repousser aussi

mais son nom de Caillou va rester

that our beloved friend Caillou
of his cancer he had triumphed
and his terrible leukemia is gone

Yes this terrible disease is gone
for then he seems to be healed
so his hair will grow back as new
but his name Caillou will stay too
